Shipping
– Products are shipped within the company’s business day. Cut-off time is 4:00 PM. Orders and payments after 4:00 PM will be shipped the next day.
– Cash on delivery is not available.
– Shipped via Thailand Post EMS.

Warranty and Return/Refund Terms
– Do not sign for the parcel if the product box is not in perfect condition.
– Please record a video while opening the parcel and checking the product from start to finish. (The clip should be complete, clearly seeing the box and product from all angles, not falling out of the camera frame,
without stopping or editing.)
– If the product is found to be damaged or broken, please point out the damaged point and notify us while recording the video. Also send the video as evidence to the store within the day of signing for the parcel immediately!
– If there is no video clip, the company reserves the right to change/return the product in all cases.
– The shop accepts exchanges and returns of damaged and faulty products caused by transportation and manufactured by the company only
. – Products that are damaged during use (tried to wear only once are considered used) or misuse are not covered by the warranty.

The company’s business hours are Monday – Saturday, 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM. Closed every Sunday and public holidays.
